I must admit that I really like boneless and skinless chicken thighs. The first time I cooked them I rubbed Caribbean jerk sauce on the chicken, which is already spicy. Then for extra kicks, I decided to slice a habanero pepper and add this to the tray of chicken before placing it in the oven to cook. Oh boy! This was one spicy meal, but it was delicious. However, I think I will reconsider employing jerk sauce and the mighty habanero simultaneously because it truly was a tad bit too spicy.
